Night Ease
A botanical blend with amino acids, magnesium and B vitamins: Montmorency tart cherry, ashwagandha KSM66®, passion flower, German chamomile, lemon balm, lavender, L-taurine and L-tyrosine.
Niacin contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal psychological function. Pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

A triple magnesium complex, combining three forms of magnesium in one daily supplement. Follow the directions on the pack.
