These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with Stelimasa Health. By placing an order you agree to them. They do not affect your statutory rights.

About our products
We sell food supplements. Food supplements are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. They are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision, please consult your doctor before use. Do not exceed the stated dose. Keep out of reach of young children.

Product information on this site is provided for general information and is not medical advice. If you have a health concern, speak to a qualified healthcare professional.

Orders and pricing
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Standard UK delivery is included in the price. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to decline or cancel an order, in which case we'll refund you in full.

A contract is formed between us when we dispatch your order, not when you place it.

Returns and refunds
See our Refund Policy for our 60-day returns promise and your statutory cancellation rights. To start a return, email refunds@stelimasahealth.co.uk.

Accounts and acceptable use
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Please don't misuse this site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Subject to that, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the value of that order.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
