Refund policy

Our 60-day returns promise
If a product isn't right for you, return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund — opened or not.

We mean that literally. You don't need to have left the seal intact. Supplements take time to judge, and we would rather you tried ours properly than felt stuck with something that wasn't right for you. There is no restocking fee and no form to fight with.

How to return an item
Email refunds@stelimasahealth.co.uk with your order number and we'll reply the same business day with return instructions. Please don't send anything back before contacting us, so we can make sure it reaches the right place.

Refunds
Once your return reaches us, we'll refund your original payment method — usually within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it. We'll email you when the refund is issued.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged, faulty, or simply isn't what you ordered, tell us and we'll put it right — a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer. You won't need to return the item first, and you won't be out of pocket.

Your statutory rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, and a further 14 days to return the goods. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have rights where goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

Our 60-day promise is offered in addition to those rights. Nothing in this policy limits or replaces your statutory rights.
