Free UK delivery
Standard UK delivery is free on every order — the price you see includes it, and includes VAT. There is no minimum spend.
When your order ships
Orders placed before 6:30pm are dispatched the next business day. Delivery is via Royal Mail Tracked 48, typically 1–2 business days from dispatch. Larger parcels may occasionally travel with an alternative courier, but tracking is always provided.
Tracked signature delivery
If you'd like your parcel signed for, you can add tracked signature delivery at checkout for £1.95.
Our 60-day returns promise
Not feeling the difference? Send it back within 60 days of delivery — opened or not — for a full refund.
We mean this literally: you do not need to have left the seal on. Supplements take time to judge, and we would rather you tried ours properly than felt stuck with something that wasn't right. There is no restocking fee and no form to fight with.
How to return
Email refunds@stelimasahealth.co.uk with your order number and we'll send return instructions the same business day. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the parcel reaches us, usually within 3–5 business days.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, tell us and we'll put it right — replacement or refund, your choice. No need to return the item first.
