Shipping policy

Free UK delivery
Standard UK delivery is free on every order. The price you see includes delivery and includes VAT — there is no minimum spend and nothing is added at checkout.

When your order ships
Orders placed before 6:30pm are dispatched the next business day. Delivery is via Royal Mail Tracked 48, typically 1–2 business days from dispatch. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

Most parcels travel with Royal Mail. Larger orders may occasionally travel with an alternative courier, but tracking is always provided either way.

Tracked signature delivery
If you'd like your parcel signed for, you can add tracked signature delivery at checkout for £1.95.

Tracking
You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

If something goes wrong
If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, email shipping@stelimasahealth.co.uk and we'll sort it out.
