What our 60-day no-quibble returns actually means

A plain kraft paper parcel tied with cotton string on a worn oak table by a window

Most supplement returns policies are written to sound generous and behave otherwise. Ours is four sentences long, so let us just explain it.

The promise

If a product is not right for you, send it back within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened or not.

That is the whole thing. There is no restocking fee. There is no requirement that the seal is intact. There is no form.

Why “opened or not” is the important bit

This is where most policies quietly fail you.

A 30-day window on a sealed product is not really a returns policy. It is a policy for people who changed their mind before they tried it. Supplements are not a jumper — you cannot tell whether one suits you by looking at it. Judging one properly means opening it and taking it for a few weeks.

So a returns policy that voids the moment you break the seal is a policy that covers everything except the situation you would actually use it for.

Ours does not work like that. Open it. Take it. If it is not for you, tell us.

Sixty days, not thirty

Thirty days is a common window, and it is not quite long enough. A pack lasts about a month, so a 30-day policy expires at roughly the moment you have finished the thing and formed a view.

Sixty days gives you the pack, plus time to think about it. That is the point.

How it works

Email refunds@stelimasahealth.co.uk with your order number. We reply the same business day with instructions.

Once the parcel reaches us, we refund your original payment method, usually within three to five business days. We email you when it is done.

Please do not post anything back before contacting us — not to slow you down, but so it reaches the right place and we can actually find it.

If something arrives damaged or wrong

Tell us and we will put it right — a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer. You will not need to return the item first, and you will not be out of pocket.

Your legal rights sit underneath all of this

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, with a further 14 days to send the goods back. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have rights if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

Our 60-day promise sits on top of those rights. It does not replace them, and nothing we write can take them away from you.

Why we bother

Honestly? Because the alternative is asking you to gamble.

If a brand needs a hard returns policy to protect its revenue, that tells you something about how often the product disappoints. We would rather carry that risk ourselves than move it onto you at checkout.

It also keeps us honest. A generous returns policy is expensive if the product is not good. That is rather the point of offering one.
